Ingredients
1½ pounds Italian sausage, casings removed
1 (16-ounce) package penne pasta
1 (22-ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9×13-inch pan with cooking spray. In a large skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink. Drain fat. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot. Add cooked sausage, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, ricotta, garlic, eggs, parmesan and parsley. Stir well. Pour pasta mixture into prepared pan and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30 to 40 minutes, until bubbly.
