Spinach and Sausage Pizza

Ingredients

• Pizza dough

• 1 package Italian sausage

• 1 package frozen spinach, cooked and drained well

• 2 teaspoons minced garlic

• 16 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

• Large container ricotta cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Oil bottom of pan. Spread out dough using flour and transfer onto pan. Poke holes on crust and bake for 7 minutes. Mix above ingredients and spread gently onto crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
