Ingredients
8 eggs well beaten
8 slices bread, crust cut off and cubed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
2 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 pound loose sausage, sauted and drained
Instructions
Butter 9 x 13 disposable baking pan. Mix eggs, milk, salt and dried mustard and set aside. Mix sausage and bread together. Put into dish. Pour egg mixture over it. Top with cheese, cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
