Ingredients
5 boneless chicken cutlets
Italian flavored bread crumbs
Vegetable oil
Monterey jack cheese, sliced
Herb-Ox Chicken Broth
Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Coat chicken with bread crumbs, Saute in oil until lightly browned. Place in roasting pan. Cover each piece of chicken with a slice of monterey jack cheese. Pour at least one cup of hot broth over entire recipe. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if desired. Refrigerate a few hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until chicken is done and juices run clear.
