Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles


Ingredients

  • Ramen noddles (3 packages)

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup beef broth

  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced

  • Sesame seeds for garnish

 

Instructions

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Add minced garlic to the skillet and saute for about 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, beef broth, and red pepper flakes. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Add cooked noodles to the skillet, tossing to coat them in sauce. Stir in sliced green onions and cook for another minute, Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
