Lactation Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal Squares

Dry Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups rolled oats

  • 1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder

  • 2 ¾ teaspoons cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoons salt

  • 3 ½ tablespoons brewer’s yeast

  • 3 ½ tablespoons ground flaxseed

Wet Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups milk (plus a splash extra if needed)

  • 2 eggs

  • 7 tablespoons maple syrup (just under ½ cup)

  • 1 ¾ teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 3 ½ tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil

Cinnamon Swirl

  • 3 ½ tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 ¾ teaspoons cinnamon

  • 1 ¾ tablespoons melted butter

Extras

  • Chocolate chips

  • Raisins

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 pan. Mix dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients separately. Combine everything — batter should still be slightly loose. Pour into pan. Mix cinnamon swirl ingredients and drizzle over top. Swirl gently with a knife. Bake 35–45 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
