Lactation Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal Squares

Dry Ingredients
3 ½ cups rolled oats
1 ¾ teaspoons baking powder
2 ¾ teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoons salt
3 ½ tablespoons brewer’s yeast
3 ½ tablespoons ground flaxseed
Wet Ingredients
3 ½ cups milk (plus a splash extra if needed)
2 eggs
7 tablespoons maple syrup (just under ½ cup)
1 ¾ teaspoons vanilla extract
3 ½ tablespoons melted butter or coconut oil
Cinnamon Swirl
3 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
1 ¾ teaspoons cinnamon
1 ¾ tablespoons melted butter
Extras
Chocolate chips
Raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 pan. Mix dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients separately. Combine everything — batter should still be slightly loose. Pour into pan. Mix cinnamon swirl ingredients and drizzle over top. Swirl gently with a knife. Bake 35–45 minutes. Cool completely before slicing.
