Ingredients
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup diced ham (from 8-oz package)
1 can (16.3 oz) Buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)
Instructions
Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray. Mix eggs and pepper together in a small bowl. Cook on medium heat until fully cooked. Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese and diced ham. Let stand until cheese is melted and cool.
Separate dough into 8 biscuits Gently pull each biscuit apart and leave 1 half off to the side. Place other half on baking sheet. Place 1/4 cup of egg mixture on top of each 1/2 biscuit. Stretch remaining dough 1/2 and place on top of egg mixture, sealing all edges. In a small bowl, melt butter and brush on top of each bomb. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
