Ingredients
16 ounces frozen cheese tortellini
1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, julienned
½ cup sliced black olives
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
For Dressing
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain and cool under cool water. Prepare the dressing in a small bowl by whisking together the vegetable oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss the pasta, vegetables, cheese and dressing in a large salad bowl.
