Ingredients
1 jar pasta sauce
1 box uncooked penne pasta
15oz ricotta cheese
2 Eggs
1 cup freshly chopped basil
2 cups parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Mix ricotta cheese and eggs in a bowl. Add choped basil and mix all together. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Measure out 2 and 1/3 cups of pasta sauce and pour it into the bottom of the crock pot. Next, measure the penne into three equal amounts and add 1/3 of it to the top of the sauce. Next, add half of the ricotta/egg/basil mixture and spread. Add half of the parmesan cheese in an even layer. Repeat for 2 more layers. Place the lid on and cook on high for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
