Ingredients
2 - 9 inch pie shell, deep dish
16oz Ground breakfast sausage, cooked
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 white onion, chopped
14 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
Splash of light cream
Instructions
Cook breakfast sausage according to package. Place pie shells on baking sheets and divide cooked sausage between both shells. In a separate bowl, combine green bell pepper, red bell pepper, white onion and eggs. Add splash of light cream and combine. Pour mixture into pie crusts and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
