Cabbage & Bow Ties

Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, sliced

  • 1 medium onion, sliced

  • 1 box of bow tie pasta

  • Salt and Pepper

  • 3/4 of a stick of butter

 

Instructions

Melt butter in frying pan. Add cabbage, onions, salt, and pepper. Saute slowly, covered until cabbage is cooked. Add more butter if needed. Cook and drain bow tie pasta and add to cabbage. Cook slowly until heated through.
