Air Fryer Steaks


Ingredients

  • 2 -6 ounce filet mignon steaks or steak cut of your choice

  • 2 tablespoons steak rub

  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter sauce

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

 

Instructions

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons steak seasoning on each side of steaks. Pat down the seasoning. Add to a covered plate and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight to marinate. When ready to cook, brush each side of both steaks with 1 tablespoon each of olive oil. Place the filets on the rack in the air fryer and cook for approximately 4 minutes at 390 degrees. After 4 minutes, flip the filets and cook for approximately 4 minutes more. Remove the air fried steaks and top each filet with 1 tablespoon garlic butter. Let the steaks rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
