Slow Cooker Cajun Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 5 chicken cutlets

  • 4 teaspoons cajun seasoning

  • 4 tablespoons butter

  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped

  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped

  • 2 cups heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoons dried basil

  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper

  • 1 box penne

  • Parmesan Cheese for topping

 

Instructions

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Cover the chicken with the Cajun seasoning. Add the rest of the ingredients except the Penne Noodles. Cook on high. After about 2 1/2 hours, check the chicken. If it is cooked, shred the chicken. Add the cooked penne noodles. Garnish with parmesan.
