Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
3 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×5 loaf pan. In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth. Add honey, oil, milk, and vanilla. Whisk to combine. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Add dry ingredients to wet, stirring gently until just combined (don’t overmix). Fold in chia seeds. Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake 45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to finish cooling.
